Bee Tussaud Psychotherapy

Bee is a UKCP accredited systemic psychotherapist with almost 20 years’ experience as a therapist, assessor, supervisor and clinical director.

In her private practice, Bee supports individuals, couples and families to endure difficult times and find pathways to an easier life. Her approach as a therapist is compassionate, warm and practical. Bee’s priority is to support her clients through listening completely without judgement, then helping them to move forward and cope with their challenges.

To Bee, family is the foundation for a well functioning life. To help families thrive, we sometimes need some extra support. Bee has a special interest in working with parents and families cope with difficulties in everyday life - from post-partum, to guiding children through the teenage years and into early adulthood - as well as more complex or traumatic situations. She is very experienced in supporting clients who have endured loss.

In 2016, Bee and Jet Shenkman set up a charity to support individuals who are struggling to cope, by providing pro bono and subsidised counselling and psychotherapy.

Today, Wilfrid’s House has evolved to a team of over 35 volunteer psychotherapists and life coaches, a team of in-school therapists and counsellors and a small management team. Our volunteers are supported by a team of highly qualified Supervisors who work closely with them to ensure the best possible care for their clients.

The charity works with a network of highly respected therapists and coaches (many of them ex-volunteers themselves) who provide quality specialist training for its volunteers.  Wilfrid’s House also offers pastoral training to schools and organisations, impacting the welfare of thousands of people each year.

Sophie Collins Life Coaching

Sophie is a certified Life Coach, who works with women and young adults towards clarity of mind, confidence and life-shaping decisions, in line with their identity and dreams.

She has over 10 years’ experience supporting the personal ambition and satisfaction of her clients. Through non-judgemental, guided sessions, Sophie empowers her clients to navigate challenges in personal progress, relationships, identity and direction.

Sophie works with mothers to simplify, re-prioritise, find a slower rhythm and - crucially - to remember who they are and what they want, underneath all those duties.

The relationship she forms with her young adult clients (17-24) is unique. Rooted in coaching - which enables clear, independent thinking and confident decision-making - Sophie offers a dependable, non-judgemental and supportive presence outside of family life and friendship groups.
